Dining Table

A dining table of quatersawn white oak, with ebony plugs, splines and butterfly keys; inspired by Greene & Greene to accompany the buffet. The tops expands for a leaf in the center with runners riding in grooves in the side aprons. This way, the base can be one piece, with no split (and no sag) in the middle. 5 foot long by 4 foot wide expanding to 7 foot long.
